If your profile matches our requirements, we’ll schedule a short video call to learn more about your background, goals, and expectations

Skill Check
Depending on the role, you might receive a small task:
Technical Roles = homework or live session
Support roles = quick language/communication check

Interview
After passing the practical task, we'll invite you to one or two rounds of interviews where you can meet your future and learn more about the role

Deep Interview
This stage focuses on understanding your mindset, work style, values, and problem-solving approach. We'll explore deeper scenarios, past experiences, challenges you've faced, and how you think in real situasions to ensure the long-term fit is right for both sides

Final Round
Before making you an offer, you'll meet our management team and have an informal session with the rest of the team. This your chance to ask questions about our strategy and get to know your potential future colleagues
